ok, give my fantasy geek part a moment here... WHOO HOOOO!!!!! man i love dragons!! especially big (i should've put in Kydi and the twins to show scale) red-gold (Smaug, anyone?), shiney, scaley dragons! WHOO!!
ok, i'm done. and i'm also done all the pencil work for this chapter (finally) and all is left is to make it look pretty and post. after i go on that killer hike today. (if any of you are going on i-70 thru Colorado and stop at a place called Hanging Lake and decide to hike up there thinking "it's only a mile, how long can it take?" be warned- it's only a mile, but a Colorado-straight-up-a-mountain mile is much longer than a going-down-the-neighborhood-street mile.)
Theorah- his humanish form was actually designed way before his (true) dragon form was, but he was supposed to still look a tad bit draconic... i actually couldn't figure out what kind of hair style he should have unil i thought "duh! spikey hair- like dragon spikes?" XD and people celebrate Independance Day in England?
dragons are so cool!! ;_; My mum has a great book called 'the flight of dragons' which basically writes of dragons as if they were real and has lots of science about how they may have existed and how they would of flown, its great, and the illustrations are awesome! have you read it before? Youd like it :)
haha I didnt think we did celebrate independance day, but I heard lots of electric guitar playing and country western music, so I guess we were ;D
Excellent! I do love Diogo very much now. :) And a nice surprise there; I wasn't expecting it at all.
Also, I love your dragon design. He looks functional and believable without copying off of certain well known dragon artists.
Art thing: The line going down the center of his neck that curves across his chest and under his arm looks very odd. It's almost separating that section of his chest from the rest. (If it's unfixable, that's ok. It doesn't look bad, just strange to me)
