Oooookay page is up and... I forget what I was going to say. Uuuummmm... thanks for your comments, guys- they're always appreciated. I promise something is going to happen in the nest page. Politics are interesting, but not enough for me to do an entire comic on them. The human and naiad seat holders agree with me- they're actually doing a quick review of their favorite fishing spots before the meeting starts and I just realized I forgot to color in the naiad's stupid pen. :P Stinky. I don't even know if I'll want to fix it, this page has been hard enough figuring out where all the light sources are coming from. Top right panel came out the best, in my oppinion. Anyone know who that elf is? Also, I hope you remember Yochtee.

I think that's it. I'm going to try to forget about my teeth hurting from my orthodontist appointment and go play Clue with my sister.

Unknown is so cool XD Its unlike me to like the more perfect characters, but there is just something very slick and majestic about him :P Maybe because hes not human-like it makes me see him differently.
I really like the interesting costumes on this page, much variety, makes me wonder what worlds are out there to explore..

Cool! I can't wait to see how you ti in last chap and this. one point of critique... white words on white background = hard to read. I love the smoky dark background!

re: Obsessed
She's right about the white on white, although the letter shadows compensate pretty well. Seeing as you clouded out the background where the words are, you could have just used standard black font. Or, this font might actually have worked better directly on the art, without the clouding. Not saying you should have, though - I think this works well enough.
All this has been prologue to the real reason for this comment: the page that introduces the ambassador's fiance - you should redo that font to include the shadows too. That would give a more unified feel to the exposition text so far. And also make it easier to read...
(You might also want to color that line-art page, for new readers like me.)
