And here we are with 2 pages! And more Willowtail. :)
Speech bubbles courtesy of CS5, which I am having fun bumbling my way around atm. I hope the text isn't too small. It's hard to tell. On my laptop it looks barely readable, but this thing makes all text look smaller, so I don't know. Let me know if it is, and I'll fix it. Also let me know if there are any typos- I thought there were a few more, but I didn't catch any last time I went checked.
So about page 5- those big beasties are a nocturnal creature that live in forests. I don't know what to call them, but I do know that they are nocturnal herbivores that live in forests and are nearly blind (even though they have 2 pairs of eyes). They 'see' sorta like bats do, by sending out some sort of wave and sensing it's bounding back via one massive horn on the front of its head. They are very gentle, strong, and fairly easy to train, and make an excellent heavy cavalry as they can easily carry 4+ grown men. In fact, they would make great pets, but for the fact that they literally eat tons of food every day. I was going to have it so you could see their heads, but I didn't remember about that until too late. D:
Jedigal- Now you know! (or do you...?) How's your story coming?
Rodaku- Thanks! Took me a while to get it right. :P
haha love the last panel, I wonder what happens when he gets angry, although he seems fairly reasonable/level headed thus far, in spite of the rain!
Those creatures look pretty interesting from the back, they look a bit like horses/dinosaurs mixed together...
Or do you...?
Dun DUn DUUUUUUNNNNN!
I giggled at his facial expression, b/c he was so calm before and now he's all like "GRAWR!!!"
I have the theme/moral figured out in my stopry, which I proabaly should have thouht of first.8/
Sacrafical/family/romance love vs. Hatred/revenge/Bitterness
I got it from Tale of Two cities.:D
Iv'e also revamped the creatures in my story too. But that's surprise for later...;)
Anyways, I will hopefully have chapter one inked out by the end of summer, then I'll scan it in, color it then post it. :)I'll have more time after summer school ends, though.
